BALANZAN TOURS BLACKLISTED ON OUR WEBSITE

Following complaints from one of the clients who had intentions to travel with this company, we have removed this company from our website.

Dear Sirs,
I am writing to you to inform you that Balanzan Tours, a “tour operator” obviously belonging to your travel agents is a fraud!!
We booked a journey with this company (2 weeks in Ghana), payed 1460USD in advance, for which we got a receipt confirmation. When we arrived in Ghana the tour operater there (Ghana Welcome Tours, a very serious company actually operating from the Netherlands, Europe) informed us that Balanzan Tours had not transferred the due amount to them. Neither could they be contacted as they don´t answer any of their phones. Emailing them has not been not successful either. Our trip would have been stopped after only 5 days if we had not paid the outstanding amount – i.e. we payed it TWICE!!!! We of course also tried to contact Balanzan Tours but there has been no response.
I am sure you are interesterd in keeping up a reputation as genuine and decent tour operators. so please stop working with them, have their advertisements deleted from your website and take any steps you think appropriate. ours will be legal ones.
