When choosing a tour company to use for your safari, you should select the one that is reputable enough and that’s what exactly I did, I was on a tight budget but the company team helped me to achieve my dream vacation in Uganda and Rwanda. Starting from the reservationist to the guide, professionalism was their highest priority. My guide was one of the best since he showed high expertise in whatever he did. He had knowledge on each and every destination that we visited and this made the trip even more interesting. The best part was with the lodges as well as the hotels that they selected for us since they were comfortable, had good scenic views with the best delicious meals ever. In case you are considering booking an African safari, you can definitely contact In sight Safari Holidays and you won’t get disappointed.

Our 16 day tour in Uganda was the best and spectacular safari ever! This country is so unique since it’s filled with very friendly people who are so pleasant and welcoming. The services of Insight Safari Holidays were extra ordinary from the beginning of the booking process to the end of the safari. The whole company team was so helpful and we felt at home with them throughout our safari. I would like to forward my thanks to Irene who answered all the questions I asked about Uganda was always patient with me even when bargaining with the last price. It is also known that any safari to be successful with the best guide and here I would like to thank James, our guide for presenting the most incredible professionalism ever during the whole safari. He was time keeping, humble, patient, as well as knowledgeable about all the different destinations that we visited. More so, the lodges that Calah selected for us were the best most especially Murchison River Lodge found in Murchison falls national park, the lodge has got the best views of the park, with superb services starting from the food, laundry, internet, bar services, the best tents that are self-contained as well as the incredible staff ready to serve you at any time. The other lodge was Lake Mutanda of Bwindi impenetrable Park, with the best services as well and I enjoyed the”matooke” so much that I had to carry some back home. I would surely recommend this company for any safari in Uganda.

I and my best friend had a chance to book a 6 day safari to Rwanda and Uganda, am sure this was one of the best vacations that I have ever had since I got to adventure the best destinations in these two countries. Our driver guide was the best since he made our tour very interesting, James was so helpful, intelligent, understanding, and most of all knowledge about all the different attractions as well as the activities in the tourist destinations that we visited. James always assured us that sometimes things might become messy on any tour but what needs to be done is to be patient with the situation. The entire safari from the start to the end was superb since it involved the safari highlights including; gorilla trekking in both Uganda and Rwanda, chimpanzee trekking, Dian fossey visit in the volcanoes National Park, golden monkey tracking in the Mgahinga, all these places were so exciting and thanks go to my guide James who made the whole trip extremely exciting. I highly reccomend Insight Safari Holidays. Just one other tip! Ask for a more relaxing holiday. I had to visit 2 different countries in few days.

What a safari with an incredible Guide!
At first it was Calah who helped us with the booking process, and with her quote, we decided to take up a safari with her company , she was so helpful especially with choosing for us the lodges that were so comfortable for us, these were mid-range lodges have had the best services ever and we appreciated that. Fennie our guide was the best person that I had never met, he was so understanding, knowledgeable, humble, and intelligent and was well conversant with all the destinations that we visited. He followed the exact 5 day itinerary that we agreed upon with Calah and he did not leave out any activities undone. During the game drives, he would describe the animals in length and had all the information at hand. He also knew about all the locations where specific animals would be found. The most exciting game drive was that in the Ishasha sector where we were able to view the tree climbing lions. There were also other animals that we enjoyed as well like the elephants, buffalos, kobs, antelopes, and many more. Uganda is a beautiful country and I would recommend this company to anyone interested in taking up a trip to Uganda.
I did there 6 days safari, and from there seamless booking process to there awesome vehicles everything was A+, The river cruises up the Murchison Falls in there special photography boat cruise was definitely a highlight and with expert knowledge and tutoring from Nasser I was able to come away with lots of amazing photos .
Murchison Falls National Park is also a awesome place with lots of wildlife action, My guide/driver Nasser was one of the most knowledgeable and expert guide I have met, able to track and find some amazing wildlife encounters. . Transfer back to Kampala was quick and comfortable.
Am here to give a positive feed back about Insight Safari Holidays. We booked our gorilla trekking trip to Bwindi in Uganda and Volcanoes in Rwanda but on top of that, we wanted true wildlife experience. Insight provided comfortable vehicles, the guides were quite knowledgeable and so, i reccommend them entirely.
I give them 5 stars!

This trip was so well organised with a high degree of professionalism, we had only four days to spend in Uganda and it was one of the best time adventure for both of us. Having been on a tight budget with my friend, we decided to choose budget accommodation for our vacation to Bwindi impenetrable national park as well as Lake Bunyonyi. We completely had the best time in Wagtail eco lodge which is found in Rushaga sector and that’s where we tracked our mountain gorillas from. The trek was so challenging but on meeting these primates, the challenges turned into fun since these primates are amazing creatures. Our guide made sure that we get the best out of the tour and value for our money. There was good customer service at the lodges and the meals were so delicious coupled with the best scenery viewing ever.
Great thanks goes to my tour operator for the great work done!

Am very grateful to my team for the best and amazing trip ever in Tanzania. You guys are the best in this field since I got the best of my trip. I and my friends enjoyed to the fullest and we had the best guide ever surrounded with the people who were so welcoming to us. The guide was so polite, humble, understanding and most of all intelligent and had knowledge about all the destinations that we visited in Tanzania. The safari was so adventurous as well as the famous Tortillis camp in Serengeti where we stayed. The experience here was superb coupled with the scenery views of the Serengeti itself. Mark our guide was well versed with all the wildlife species in the park and also the service that we encountered with the camp staff was so wonderful. Thank you all.

Most times it becomes hard to decide what do and where to go on your first safari and this can be more confusing. Africa Tour Operators was my first step towards searching for a reputable company to take me for the safari. It’s about the reviews of the past clients that helped me to choose this company and I would say they gave me the best tour ever! My main concern was about doing a gorilla trek and the reservationist promised me the best safari ever, and this happened since I had the best gorilla adventure ever and thanks to my guide who was so patient with every question that I asked since I seemed so demanding. The customer services at the lodge was so incredible and I can’t fail to that the company team for making my dream trip come true. Thank you Insight Safaris.

This was really a dream come true for me since I spent lots of time preparing for my solo safari to Rwanda, Uganda as well as Tanzania. Insight Safaris company was with me throughout the whole journey of my safari, Calah was there all the way from answering all my emails on a daily basis to giving me direct and correct answers to all the questions that I asked her. She was so helpful to me moment of picking me from the airport to checking in with me to my first hotel to put everything of my tour in order. What a kind company that takes care of all the lodges, transfers, meals, both chimpanzee and gorilla trekking permits, park entrances as well as the golden monkey trekking fees. The safari proved to me that Africa is adventurous to the moon! I had the best guide by names of Nasser who was so awesome and nice. He was so knowledgeable, humble, professional and had straight answers to all the questions that I used to ask. This means that he gave me the best experience of my tour in these two countries of Uganda and Rwanda. All the time was so safe with Nasser and my next tour was to Tanzania were I found Adam my guide so helping all the way from the airport to the end of the safari. I would conclude by saying, I had the best and amazing vacation in East Africa!

It was really a safari to remember since we had little time to book for the safari to Uganda and it was really last minute but we managed to get the best trip ever from our operators. Calah was so helpful with making the last minute arrangements of our trip. We had the best time in bwindi where we enjoy gorilla trekking, canoeing and swimming at Lake Bunyonyi, several game drives and a boat cruise on the Kazinga channel in Queen Elizabeth National Park and we were able to view the tree climbing lions with in the Ishasha sector which was so wonderful. Our guide made the safari so successful since he was so intelligent and knowledgeable throughout the trip. I would recommend this company 100% to anyone interested in visiting Uganda the pearl of Africa.

You can sometimes get worried about using an operator that you have found online, however Insight Safaris was so reliable and it really did a good job for me to achieve my dream gorilla tour. This was the only chance I had got to travel to Africa and decided to have a gorilla safari in Bwindi impenetrable National park. This company gave me the best of it with the best guide ever! The vehicle was so comfortable and since I was a solo traveller, I found it better since I used it to my advantage. My guide Moses was humble realistic, intelligent as well as understanding at the same time. He was well knowledgeable about the different tourist destinations and this made my safari so interesting, when I got sick from the jungle, he made sure I get quick medication which helped me complete my gorilla trek. For me this was the best customer service ever, I therefore conclude by recommending Insight Safaris to whoever wants to do a gorilla trek in Africa.
I travelled with Insight Safari Holidays and i was not dissapointed! From the moment of my first inquiry with them up to the safari, the customer care was great. Nasser the guide was so great and friendly. For your next gorilla safari in Uganda, please choose Insight Safari Holidays

It was two of us on this fantastic trip to Uganda, Jane and I decided to visit Uganda because of what we always read about it in terms of tourist destinations as well as unique culture in this country. It was really a great trip since we had the best guide with us who did his work in the professional way and was so knowledgeable about most of the stuff throughout the tour, his professionalism was shown in the way he handled the different situation and the way he answered the questions all the way from the beginning of the trip to the end. Moses made sure that our gorilla safari was the best, we had the best porters to carry our luggage and our meals were always on time, even on the day of trekking. We got a chance to visit Lake Bunyonyi and we were told it’s a free lake from Biriharzia so we had to have a swim in this beautify lake. We therefore extend our thanks to the Insight Safari team for the great work done for making our dream trip come true! Thanks.

Indeed Rwanda is an incredible country filled with the best tourist attractions, mountain gorillas being the main highlight of any safari. I had short time in Rwanda but it turned out to be the most memorable ever! My guide was so helpful since he was a native of Rwanda and was so knowledgeable about each and every thing involved with the safari. Talk about the lodge were I had my night, it was so comfortable coupled with the best services ever, the surrounding environment was so favouring and made me feel at home throughout my whole trip. Also the gorilla trek in Volcanoes National park was an experience to always remember, the trek was challenging but worth taking at the same time. Want to thank the whole company team for putting up this gorilla package for me and I will always recommend you for more travels. Thank again!

Uganda is a great country and I was grateful to have the best of my 7 day tour going very well with Insight Safari Holidays. Grace my driver guide was extra ordinary and a good tour guide who knew the road ways so well. He was always anxious to show me everything that I need to see. Even though both the chimpanzee and the gorilla trekking terrains proved to be a challenge throughout the trek. It was really a great experience that I had with Insight Safari Holidays company and am sure I wouldn’t have got it, thanks to the great tour guide who made sure that I get the best adventure ever! The company ensures that their clients get aware of the level of fitness which is required for searching of the great primates with in the dense forests, in the walk ways and as you cross the streams were you have to remove the socks as well as the shoes. All these risks combines, it’s important to ensure health insurance is in place and must be suggested at the booking of the safari. Another major point to note is that Ugandan people are so friendly, pleasant and helpful and this is added to the beautiful and comfortable lodges. This truly means that I had a great time in Uganda that I will live to remember.
