Day 1: Arrival in Marrakech – Old Medina, Souks, and Historical Sites

Your 3 days Morocco tour begins upon arrival at Marrakech Menara Airport. Meet your guide and transfer to your riad or hotel in the old city.

After check-in, start exploring with a guided walking tour of Marrakech’s historical center. Highlights include:

• The Koutoubia Mosque exterior – the city’s tallest landmark
• Bahia Palace, known for its detailed Moroccan tile work
• Walk through Jemaa el-Fnaa, the central square with storytellers, local snacks, snake charmers, and artisans
• Visit colorful souks selling spices, leather goods, metal crafts, and textiles

End the evening with dinner at a traditional Moroccan restaurant offering tagines, couscous, and mint tea. Overnight at a riad in the Medina.

Day 2: Atlas Mountains and Berber Villages – Full-Day Excursion

After breakfast, set off on a scenic drive to the High Atlas Mountains, located just outside Marrakech. You’ll travel through valleys and small Berber villages, passing orchards and terraced fields.

Stop at the village of Imlil, a gateway to Mount Toubkal, the highest peak in North Africa. Enjoy a guided walk or mule ride through the hills to nearby hamlets, visit a local home, and learn about Berber traditions and cuisine.

Enjoy a homemade lunch at a Berber guesthouse with views over the mountains.

On the way back to Marrakech, stop at Asni Valley or Ourika Valley depending on the day’s route. Return to your riad by late afternoon. Evening free for shopping or an optional hammam spa experience.

Day 3: Agafay Desert – Camel Ride and Lunch Under the Tents

Check out after breakfast and drive to the nearby Agafay Desert, a rocky expanse just 45 minutes from Marrakech. While not a sandy desert like the Sahara, Agafay offers sweeping views, dramatic light, and traditional nomadic-style camps.

Activities include:

• A camel ride across the stony dunes
• Visit to a desert tented camp

• Traditional Moroccan tea ceremony

• Optional quad biking or short hike
• Lunch served in a Berber-style tent with couscous and grilled meats

Later in the afternoon, return to Marrakech. Depending on your departure time, you will be transferred to the airport or your hotel.

This marks the end of your 3-day Morocco tour, combining the highlights of Marrakech, the Atlas Mountains, and the Agafay Desert.
