3-Day Uganda Gorilla Tracking Safari to Bwindi National Park
Safari Overview
This safari begins and ends in Kampala or Entebbe, Uganda, and includes all required permits for primate tracking—$800 per person for the gorilla permit. The trip focuses on Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, renowned for its population of mountain gorillas.
The journey leads you to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site opened for tourism in 1993. Covering approximately 331 square kilometers, the park is home to 12 habituated gorilla families such as Mubare, Habinyanja, Rushengura, and Nkuringo. Beyond mountain gorillas, Bwindi hosts exceptional biodiversity, including numerous bird species, mammals, amphibians, and diverse plant life.
