Day 1: Arrival – Transfer to Hlane Royal National Park – Afternoon Game Drive

Your adventure begins on arrival at King Mswati III International Airport or from any nearby border post. You’ll be transferred to Hlane Royal National Park, the largest game reserve in Eswatini and home to elephants, white rhinos, lions (in separate enclosures), giraffes, and abundant birdlife.

Check in at Ndlovu Camp or a similar eco-lodge. After lunch, enjoy an afternoon game drive in open vehicles guided by experienced rangers.

Dinner and overnight stay in Hlane.

Day 2: Sunrise Game Drive – Transfer to Mlilwane Wildlife Sanctuary – Nature Walk

Begin the day with a sunrise game drive, offering better chances of spotting active wildlife. After breakfast, travel to Mlilwane Wildlife Sanctuary, located in the scenic Ezulwini Valley.

Mlilwane offers a predator-free environment perfect for walking, mountain biking, and horseback riding. Check in at Mlilwane Rest Camp or Reilly’s Rock Hilltop Lodge. After lunch, take a guided nature walk to learn about native species, local plants, and the Swazi connection to the land.

Dinner and overnight in Mlilwane.

Day 3: Cultural Visit & Hiking – Mantenga Village & Execution Rock

After breakfast, visit Mantenga Cultural Village, where you’ll witness traditional Swazi dances, songs, and homestead life. Learn about the culture, customs, and social structures of the Swazi people.

In the afternoon, hike up to Execution Rock, one of the region’s famous viewpoints. This moderately challenging trail rewards you with panoramic views of the Ezulwini Valley and surrounding mountains.

Dinner and overnight stay at Mlilwane.

Day 4: Adventure Day at Malolotja Nature Reserve – Zipline or Trekking

Check out after breakfast and transfer to Malolotja Nature Reserve, one of Eswatini’s most rugged and beautiful parks. Known for its high-altitude grasslands, gorges, waterfalls, and rare flora, Malolotja is a paradise for adventurers.

Choose your activity:

• Zip-lining in the Malolotja Canopy Tour, one of the longest in Africa
• Guided hike to Malolotja Falls, a scenic trek with chances to spot rare birds and antelope species
• Scenic drives or rock scrambling in the hilly terrain

Return to your lodge near the reserve or stay at Hawane Resort.

Dinner and overnight in Malolotja area.

Day 5: Morning Leisure – Transfer to Airport or Border

Enjoy a relaxed breakfast and one final walk or visit to a nearby craft center. After check-out, your guide will transfer you back to King Mswati III Airport, Mbabane, or the nearest border post for your onward travel.

Your 5-day Eswatini Adventure Safari wraps up with memories of wildlife, hikes, cultural discoveries, and highland views.
