Trail riding through the High Atlas mountains south of Marrakech offers some of the most varied horseback scenery anywhere – red-walled gorges, palm-shaded oases, snow-capped peaks, and Berber villages where you stop for sweet mint tea between days in the saddle.
Horses are sturdy Barb-Arab crosses, well-trained and willing on mountain trails. Suitable for intermediate riders comfortable with long days.
