The 8-day Uganda Safari takes you to the most visited national parks of Uganda for wildlife in Murchison Falls and Queen Elizabeth National Parks, Kibale Forest National Park for chimpanzees, and Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park for gorilla trekking.
Pick up and transfer to Murchison Falls National Park via the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for the white rhino tracking. Lunch will be served enroute the park. Drive on to the park, straight to the top of the Murchison waterfalls. This is the most powerful fall in the world, observed as it squeezes through the 7-meter narrow gorge. Thereafter, drive to your booked lodge for a night's rest.

Start your day with a hefty breakfast and head out into the wilderness for the early morning game drive. This is a perfect time to look out for the morning hunting cats like lions and leopards. This is the biggest park in Uganda, where you may spot animals like lions, giraffes, waterbucks, elephants, antelopes, and buffaloes. It will surely complete your search for the Big 5 in Uganda. It is also home to various birds, like the ibis, egrets, shoebill storks, marabou storks, etc.
Lunch will be served when you head back to your lodge. Thereafter, prepare for the afternoon boat cruise adventure on the River Nile. This offers you a closer view of the aquatic life, like hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and buffaloes, among others. After the cruise, drive back to your lodge for a night's rest.

After breakfast, depart from the Murchison Falls National Park and drive to Kibale Forest National Park. Pass through the hills of Buliisa and Hoima city, from where you will have your lunch break. Thereafter, proceed to Kibale Forest National Park. This park is home to over 1500 chimpanzees (the largest population in Africa) and other primates. Upon arrival, check into your booked lodge and head out for a nature walk in the Bigodi wetland. This gives you chance to interact with the locals as they weave baskets, make local brew and coffee.
At break of day, head back to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, embark on the day's major highlight—chimpanzee tracking in Kibale Forest National Park. This starts at the Kanyanchu visitor center with a briefing, after which you are assigned to a group led by a very knowledgeable guide about the park. Look out for the chimps as you trek. Upon locating them, you have one hour to observe their way of life. After the trekking, return to your lodge, have lunch, and check out, driving to Queen Elizabeth National Park.

Enjoy your early breakfast and then set out for a morning game drive in the Kasenyi area. This is a guided game drive as you look out for the early risers like buffaloes, elephants, hyenas, leopards, etc. After the game drive, you may visit the salt crater lake, well known for its variety of crafts and souvenirs. Return to your lodge for lunch, rest a bit and later set out to the Kazinga Channel for an afternoon boat cruise.
Track the tree climbing lions in Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National park. Thereafter, transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable forest

Begin the day with an early breakfast, then head to the park headquarters for a briefing before setting out on a gorilla tracking adventure. Be sure to carry essential gear, including a rain jacket, water, snacks, and sturdy boots, as you are assigned to a gorilla family by park wardens. The trek can last between 2 and 8 hours, but the experience of spending up to one hour observing the mountain gorillas—while following safety guidelines such as maintaining distance and avoiding flash photography—is unforgettable. In the afternoon, enjoy a cultural village walk around Bwindi, where you can interact with local communities, including the Batwa; learn about their traditions; visit schools and homesteads; and explore crafts, performances, and daily life, with optional activities like waterfall hikes or birdwatching.
