When you arrive at Entebbe International Airport, our driver will warmly welcome you to the beautiful country of Uganda! After a briefing, we'll transfer to the capital city Kampala. Check into your pre-booked hotel and enjoy welcome dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast at your hotel, depart Kampala on a 5-6 hour journey to Kibale Forest, known for chimpanzee tracking. Stop along the way to see the lush Toro tea plantations, Mubende Rocks, and the mysterious Nakayima tree. Have lunch in Fort Portal town before continuing to your lodge in Kibale for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, head to the Kanyanchu Visitors Center in Kibale Forest for chimp tracking. Spend an incredible hour observing these fascinating primates before returning to your lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, transfer to Queen Elizabeth NP for dinner and overnight.

Rise early for a morning game drive in QENP to spot wildlife like lions, elephants, and buffalo. After lunch back at your lodge, take an afternoon boat cruise down the Kazinga Channel to see hippos, crocodiles, and many birds up close. Dinner and overnight at your QENP lodge.

After breakfast and more game viewing, depart QENP for Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, arriving in time for lunch. This UNESCO site is home to approximately half of the world's endangered mountain gorilla population. Settle into your lodge and prepare for the epic gorilla trek tomorrow

Today is the day! After breakfast, join your assigned group and head into Bwindi Forest in search of mountain gorillas. The trek can take 1-4 hours over challenging terrain before you finally spot them. Spend an incredible hour quietly observing the gorillas before returning to your lodge for dinner.

Enjoy one last breakfast in beautiful Bwindi before departing for Kampala, reminiscing on your amazing Ugandan safari along the way! Our guide will drop you off at your Kampala hotel for your final night or directly at the airport for departure.
